These Affiliate Program Terms apply when you join a GizAI affiliate program. They supplement the GizAI Terms of Service. If they conflict on affiliate activity, these terms control that activity.
1. Joining and account ownership
You must be at least 18, able to form a binding contract, and use your own verified GizAI account. You must provide accurate payout information and keep it current. One person or business may not create duplicate affiliate accounts or claim an imported account that it does not own.
2. Referral attribution
A referral is attributed by the first valid affiliate link recorded for a new eligible GizAI customer during the program window displayed in the affiliate dashboard. Self-referrals, existing customers, duplicate attribution, fraudulent identities, and purchases outside that window are not eligible. Blocking or rejecting optional affiliate storage prevents browser-based attribution.
3. Qualifying commission
The dashboard displays the current commission rate, number of commissionable payments per referral, attribution window, review delay, minimum payout, and currency. Commission is calculated on qualifying successfully paid GizAI purchases linked to the referral, up to the displayed payment limit. Taxes, refunded amounts, chargebacks, disputes, credits, test payments, duplicate payments, and amounts not retained by Giz are excluded or reversed. Each commission records the rate in effect when that payment was made.
4. Promotion rules
You must describe GizAI honestly and make any legally required affiliate or sponsored-relationship disclosure clearly near the promotion. You may not use spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, impersonation, trademark bidding, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, adware, unauthorized incentives, or methods that obscure the referral source. You may not present yourself as GizAI or promise prices, features, availability, or results that GizAI has not published.
5. Payouts
You may request payout when reviewed, unreversed commission reaches the displayed minimum. Giz verifies the ledger before external transfer. You are responsible for correct payout details and your taxes. For USDC, you must provide a compatible wallet address and select its exact supported network; transfers sent to incorrect or incompatible details may be irreversible. Transfer fees or currency-conversion costs imposed by a payout provider may be deducted where disclosed or legally permitted. A refund, dispute, duplicate, or error discovered before transfer reduces the request; one discovered after transfer may offset future commission or become repayable.
6. Review, suspension, and termination
Giz may review traffic and payment evidence, reject invalid commission, suspend promotion, or terminate an affiliate account for fraud, material breach, legal risk, or abuse. We will not withhold valid earned commission merely because we end the program, except for amounts subject to reversal, investigation, setoff, law, or these terms. You may stop participating at any time. Giz may change the program prospectively and will identify a new terms version when renewed acceptance is required.
7. Records and contact
The GizAI affiliate ledger is the record of clicks, attribution, qualifying payments, reversals, payout requests, and completed payouts. Contact support@giz.ai about a discrepancy and include the relevant date and dashboard record without sending payment credentials.
